Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It exists to keep the mail stream, the phone network, and the people on your lists safe. We may hold, refuse, or cancel campaigns and suspend accounts that violate it.

1. Your lists

Only upload recipient data you have the legal right to use for marketing. No purchased or harvested lists you lack rights to, no data obtained by breach, and no lists of people who have told you or the law says you must not contact. Honor suppression and do-not-contact requests promptly.

2. Mail content

No mail that is unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent; that imitates government documents, invoices, or checks in a misleading way; that facilitates scams, illegal goods, or predatory financial offers; that harasses, threatens, or targets individuals with hate; or that contains sexually explicit material. Sweepstakes, lending, cannabis, and other regulated categories must comply with every applicable law, and we may require substantiation.

3. QR destinations

QR codes must lead where a reasonable recipient would expect. No malware, phishing, drive-by downloads, or credential harvesting; no redirect chains designed to disguise the destination; no collecting sensitive data (health, financial credentials, government IDs) without clear notice and appropriate security.

4. Phone numbers and calls

Tracking numbers are for receiving responses to your mail. No using them for outbound spam, robocalling, or caller ID spoofing. If you enable call recording you must satisfy every applicable consent law before recording anyone.

5. Platform integrity

No probing or circumventing security, rate limits, metering, or billing; no scraping other customers’ data; no automated account creation; no using free allowances across multiple accounts to avoid payment; no reselling the Service except through features built for it.

6. Enforcement

We investigate suspected violations and may act without prior notice where delay would cause harm, including holding queued mail, disabling QR redirects, releasing phone numbers, or suspending the account. Report abuse through the contact page.
