Relay for retail chains

Store-driver mail that reports back by trade area.

Per-recipient QR codes route each household to the nearest store's offer. Scans show which trade areas respond, on the live map.

National drops produce a campaign-level response rate and nothing else.

With Relay: Per-recipient QR codes resolve every scan to a name, an address, and a store. Trade-area response is visible on the live map.

Loyalty reactivation mail has no per-member attribution.

With Relay: Each member's postcard carries their loyalty ID as the external_id. Scans thread straight back to the member record.

Static offset circulars can't track anything.

With Relay: The addressing inkjet pass adds a per-recipient QR to the offset shell. Same run, now reporting back by household.

How it plays out

Each household gets a postcard with a QR code that routes to their nearest store's offer page. The map fills in by trade area, and the loyalty team sees which reactivation cohorts scanned, by member ID, on one dashboard.

  • Per-recipient QR routes to the nearest store's offer
  • Scans by trade area on the live map
  • Loyalty ID threading across campaigns
  • Merge files for any print workflow, including offset inkjet
